Next to this specific data your IP address, the referrer (from where you got to us), as well as the date, time of your inquiry will be collected and saved. You consent to the processing of this data when you send or enter your data. When using e-mail as an alternative option any personal data that you send us will be also saved.

The data is stored as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Longer storage can take place in individual cases if this is required by law. All personal data collected when using our contact form will be deleted.

When purchasing one of our products

When you decide to purchase one of our products personal data will be collected and saved during the purchase process. The following data is collected during the registration and purchase process: e-mail address, first name, last name, payment method and any further data that we may need to enquiry during the buying process. The purpose of collecting this data is necessary so we can fulfil your purchase and efficiently deliver it to you.

We use Fastspring as a payment provider which may have access to your data (see below for more details for tools we use). The data is stored as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to execute your purchase. Even after fulfilling the purchase, it may be necessary to store personal data in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

Latest news and updates on our products and services

We will inform you by e-mail with the latest news on our products. For this purpose we need a valid email address from you and are processing the following personal data from you - your email address, first name and last name. The transmitted data will only be used for the purpose of delivering our information to you by email. For your protection, your IP address and the date of registration will be stored with us. This allows us to check whether you are the owner of the email address and whether you agree to receive it and also serves as proof if e.g. a third party misused your email address. Interactions such as opening and click rates are also recorded in our system.

We use Mailchimp as a mailing tool which may have access to your data (see below for more details for tools we use). You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in every email newsletter. The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list or send us a deletion request to [email protected].

Analysis tools

On our site we use Google Analytics for the purpose of analysing how users use the website. Information is automatically generated by cookies and is usually transmitted to a Google server in its global infrastructure and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
